Data protection

Who is responsible

The publisher of the website, Étale Piscines & Wellness SAS, is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For any question, write to the address below.

What we collect

The pages of this website can be read without giving anything. Like any website, it receives your IP address when your browser requests a page, because that is how a page reaches you.

The enquiry form is a demonstration: it checks your entries in your browser and sends nothing. No data you type leaves your device.

Fonts and images are served from this website, not from a third-party service: your visit is reported to no one else.

What it is for

Data typed into the form serves no purpose other than checking the on-screen entry. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor used for advertising.

Retention

No enquiry is recorded: no database, no email, no log containing your entries.

No third-party measurement, advertising or delivery service operates on this website.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no audience-measurement or advertising cookie. Only two preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage, on your device, and are passed to no one:

• your choice of mood, light or dark
• your choice of language

Your rights

The GDPR and the French Data Protection Act give you several rights:

• to know what data we hold about you, and obtain a copy
• to have inaccurate data corrected
• to have your data erased
• to object to its processing
• to withdraw your consent at any time

A request to the contact address is enough, in any form. As this website keeps no data about you there is nothing to erase, but we will answer any request.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. No payment data is requested or processed on this website.
